DUEXBROX offers delivery within the UAE and internationally.

UAE Delivery

Standard Delivery: AED 20, delivered the next business day.

Express Delivery: AED 25, delivered the same day.

For same-day Express Delivery, orders must be placed before 10:00 AM for Dubai, and before 8:00 AM for Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman. Same-day delivery is subject to courier coverage and may not be available in remote areas.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are processed within one business day. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

International Delivery

GCC: estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.

Other international destinations: estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment weight. Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Customs and Duties

International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier or relevant authority.
